HOSPITALITY/GUEST SERVICES MINISTRIES

Seeks to provide a place or opportunities where people
can reach out to others with the love of Christ
through serving and meeting needs.

• The Parking Team is the first greeters of Creekside. Providing directions for convenient and efficient parking for member and guests.

• The Coffee/Reception Team manages the busiest, most popular gathering spot – the coffee bar. This team provides set-up, keeps coffee brewing and clean up.

• The Welcome Team greets everyone as they enter the Creekside Campus. This ministry seeks to develop an atmosphere of friendliness and acceptance to everyone who attends Creekside worship services.

• The Facility Care Team is the “behind the scenes crew” painting, cleaning, minor repairs, meeting set-ups and building projects.

The Information Center Team helps first time guests to navigate their way around Creekside. This enthusiastic and knowledgeable team gives directions to classrooms, hands out brochures and information on ministries within Creekside and collects first time guest cards.

• The Usher Team helps seat people, hand our programs, answer questions, take offering and helps to administer communion.

• The Worship Center Team makes sure the chairs are supplied with Bibles and pens before each Sunday service and collects used communion cups after each service.

• The Administrative Support Team assist the church office staff in preparing programs, brochures, mailings, copies etc… This team assist the office staff on a weekly basis during office hours.

 
 
 
 

CREEKSIDE ARTS MINISTRY

Seek to provide creative worship experiences which
will create the environment where people can
develop intimacy with Christ.

• The CAM Worship Team provides music for our worship services and other church events. This team offers opportunities for vocalist, instrumentalist, song writers, composers and more.

• The CAM Tech Team supports events at Creekside where visual presentations such as slide shows, video or lighting are needed. In addition this ministry provides opportunities in sound design and reinforcement. Future technical ventures in this ministry will include live video and film.

• The CAM Theatre Team is the ministry that makes up “The Creekside Players”. This ministry offers opportunities in the area of acting, stagehands, costume design, set design and more. This ministry functions during weekend worship services and throughout the year for special events.

• The CAM Arts Team (“CAMaRTS” ) is a new and forming ministry within the Creekside Artist Community. We seek to provide opportunities in the areas of canvas art, sculpturing, poetry, photography and other creative arts to use in service to God and others.

OUTREACH MINISTRIES

Seeks to provide opportunities to share the Gospel and
God’s love to our community and the world.

• The Servant Evangelism Team provides opportunities for Creekside members and attendees to share God’s love in practical ways. This team organizes and executes Kindness Explosion days such as free water and soda giveaways.

• The Mission Team maintains communication between Creekside and its many ministry partners both local and worldwide. This team offers opportunities to participate in the advancement of supported missions and encourages congregational involvement.

• The Cross-Cultural Team organizes and directs short term missions trips to Zimbabwe, Mexico and other supported ministries throughout the world.

 
 
 
 

SPIRITUAL FORMATION MINISTRIES

Seek to provide, motivation, direction and opportunities for each
member to grow in depth of intimacy with Christ.

• The Children’s Ministry Team provides opportunities to help children learn about Jesus and his love for them (Nursery-5th Grade). For more information regarding Creekside Children’s Ministry see the Children’s Ministry page on this website.

• The College Team provides opportunities and classes where college students connect with one another and grow in the Christian faith.

• The Adult Education Team provides ongoing Christian Education opportunities on a weekly basis throughout the year.

• The Baptism Team provides opportunities to assist the pastoral staff and the believer through the process of baptism by preparing and maintain the necessary items.

 
 
 
 

CREEKSIDE COMMUNITY MINISTRIES

Seek to provide every person who attends Creekside a
place to experience true community through developing
a relationship with Christ and others.

• The Small Groups Team offers support and training in small group leadership and hosting to help people develop a closer relationship with Christ and others.

• The “55+” Team provides opportunities for members 55 and older to help coordinate activities and opportunity for fellowship on a monthly basis.

• The Women’s Team is committed to creating opportunities to help, encourage and inspire women to become devoted followers of Christ. This is accomplished through small group study, retreats and social events during the year.

• The Visitation Team provides opportunities to visit members who are in the hospital, or confined to home and are not able to attend church for health reasons.

• The Men’s Team is committed to creating opportunities to help, encourage and inspire men to become devoted followers of Christ. This is accomplished through small group study, retreats and social events during the year.

• The Sports Team provides opportunities for Christian fellowship and sportsmanship in an athletic arena. What’s your game – basketball, softball, volleyball or soccer?

• The Care Team provides opportunities to meet the needs of people in crisis or trauma by providing support. This team provides meals, physical, mental or spiritual support during times of difficulty.

• The Wedding Coordination Team provides opportunities to participate in the various aspects of planning and carrying out that special ceremony for the bride and groom as their married life commences at Creekside.
